Two Injured in May 25 South Side Shooting

Milwaukee Police officers responded to a double shooting around 12:30 a.m. on May 25 in the 1500 block of W. Mitchell Street.  The initial investigation revealed that two individuals became involved in an argument for an unknown reason. During the argument, the suspect retrieved a firearm and fired multiple gunshots towards several people. Two males, ages 37 and 53, were both shot. Both victims received serious injuries. After firing the gunshots, the suspect fled on foot.  Both men were conveyed to a local hospital and are being treated for serious gunshot injuries.
