MPD Seeks Critical Missing Man with Dementia

Milwaukee Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a critical missing person. Mr. Michael Anthony Howard (B/M, 4/20/1960) was last seen at his home in the 4700 block of N. 28th Street around 7:30 a.m. on May 4. Mr. Howard suffers from dementia and other medical issues that require medication. He is described as 5’9” tall, 230 pounds, with a scar along the bridge of his nose. He was last seen wearing a black hat, black thigh-length leather coat with a belt, white pants with a rip along the thigh, and brown boots. A picture of Mr. Howard is below. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call MPD’s Sensitive Crimes Division at 414-935-7405.
