Monday Night at the Movies begins

WAUKESHA — The Waukesha Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department has announced that Monday Night at the Movies, presented by Dental Associates, will begin June 12 at the Les Paul Performance Center in Cutler Park, 321 Wisconsin Ave.

The movie series will run each Monday through Aug. 21, with the exception of July 3. Pre-movie activities will be held at 7 p.m. and the movies will begin at 8 p.m. Those interested in attending are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs.

“We have a great movie line-up this summer,” Joanna Adamicki, special events coordinator for the WPRF, said in a press release. “Patrons will be able to take in Disney movies, a few classics and new movies too — all under the star-lit sky.”

The movie line-up includes:

June 12: “The Secret Life of Pets,” PG

June 19: “Groundhog Day,” PG

June 26: “Mary Poppins,” G

July 10: “Finding Dory,” PG

July 17: “The Lego Batman Movie,” PG

July 24: “A Bug’s Life,” G

July 31: “Superman,” PG

Aug. 7: “Harry Potter & The Sorcerer’s Stone,” PG

Aug. 14: “Moana,” PG
