Trump named conditions for the lifting of sanctions off Russia

President of the United States Donald Trump said that he could consider lifting the sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation if the Russian authorities take measures to cooperate with the US on situations in Syria and Ukraine.

In an exclusive Reuters interview Trump said that he considers the second meeting with the leader of the DPRK Kim Jong-un as “very likely.” The US president said that he had a “good relationship” with Kim, but declined to elaborate and did not give any details of the new summit.

Trump believes that North Korea has taken the necessary steps to denuclearize the peninsula. However, the president complained that China does not help as it did in the issue of contacts with the DPRK because of the trade conflict between Washington and Beijing.

Previously, it was reported that the United States can adopt changes to the regulations of anti-Russian sanctions in order to minimize the damage to the global economy.
